Let’s Do Nothing – FAQ
The Experience
What is Let’s Do Nothing exactly?
A 14-day, screen-free retreat for ten people in one house. No phones. No pressure. Just presence. It’s not a wellness program or a spiritual bootcamp. It’s space to simply be.
What do we actually do all day?
Whatever arises: drink coffee, take naps, read, cook, sit on the porch, have quiet conversations—or do nothing at all. The experience unfolds naturally.
Is there a schedule or structure?
No fixed itinerary. Some shared meals or optional group moments might happen, but nothing is expected or required.
Do I have to join group activities?
No. Join if it feels right. Solitude is welcome, too.
What if I feel bored or uncomfortable?
That’s part of the process. You’re invited to stay present, not escape. That’s where clarity starts.
Logistics
Where is the retreat located?
Retreats are hosted in nature, near peaceful towns. Exact dates and locations are shared on the [Upcoming Retreats] page.
How do I get there?
Once your application is confirmed, we’ll send you travel info, tips, and airport details. Transport isn’t included, but we’ll help you plan.
What’s included in the price?
14 nights in a peaceful house, access to shared spaces, and the full Let’s Do Nothing experience. Some retreats include groceries or shared meals — check the listing for details.
Is food provided?
It depends on the retreat. Some include simple groceries or shared meals, others are self-catered. We often cook together in a relaxed, communal flow — it’s part of the rhythm.
Can I leave the house during the retreat?
We encourage guests to stay on-site for full immersion. If outings happen, they’ll be optional and rare.
What should I pack?
Comfortable clothes, books, journals, analog tools—anything that helps you feel grounded. A full packing guide is shared after booking.
Technology & House Rules
Can I use my phone, laptop, or screens?
No. All screens are collected at check-in and stored safely until the end of the retreat.
What if there’s a family emergency?
You’ll get an emergency contact number to give your loved ones. We’ll check messages daily and pass along anything urgent.
Are there rules about silence or behavior?
No forced silence. Just mutual respect, presence, and kindness.
Is alcohol or smoking allowed?
A glass of wine is welcome if the group agrees. Smoking is allowed outdoors. No drugs or anything that pulls you out of presence.
Can I bring books or analog tools?
Yes. Books, sketchpads, cards, puzzles—anything offline is encouraged.
Booking & Payment
How do I book a spot?
Go to the Upcoming Retreat page and fill out a short form. We’ll review and get back to you within 48 hours.
Is there a deposit?

What’s your cancellation policy?
Cancel for free within 7 days of booking. After that, your deposit is non-refundable unless we fill your spot.
What if I leave early?
We ask guests to commit to the full two weeks. Early departures are not refunded.
How many people will be there?
Just 10. We keep the group small so it stays real, grounded, and human.
